Component Part Planning
• Independent component part support in relation to costs,
deadlines and qualitative requirements according to customer specifications
• Represent the customer's interest during the development of methods and
the creation of the drawing mould as well as the design
• Tool manufacture in terms of process reliability, deadlines and quality.
• Determine the relevant corrections needed in line with a measurement
report in order to achieve the defined part status
• Control the contractually agreed dates

Surveillance/Monitoring
• Track the production status in the toolmaking companies worldwide
• Follow-up the production status situation at all project stages up until the
tool delivery
• Target/actual comparison of deadlines
• Prepare corrective action plans
• Technical support for the provision of advice in the case of problems
• Technical monitoring and control of process flows
